RENTAL SERVICES

- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for confirmation of bookings
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date
- Payment in JPY, bank transfer
- Cancellations made 60 pays prior to the booking will be charged 100% of the tariff unless we can refill the cancellation
