Hakuba’s largest supermarket located in the centre of the village, and open all year round.

You can purchase everything you need for during your stay - High quality fresh produce, liquor, magazines, cosmetics and local goods.

The pharmacy stocks a wide range of items including leading health products.

Most of the popular medicines come with english labels and the staff also speak english.

Located just opposite the Hakuba train station.

SKI SCHOOL

Dial-A-Driver (Daiko)

Daiko is like a taxi service except they drive you home (or to the next bar...) in your own car.

This service is available from any bar or restaurant in Hakuba and costs roughly the same as a taxi.

Genki-Go Bus

The Genki-Go bus is an evening shuttle bus that follows a route around Hakuba linking up the favourite après ski spots. The bus is ¥300 for 1 ride, children under 6 ride free. Please note that tickets need to be purchased in advanced.

Hakuba Snowsports School, based at Goryu Iimori Snow Resort, offers group and private ski lessons and snowboard lessons to english speaking customers.

Adults and children can learn skiing or snowboarding in a safe environment, guided through the process with well trained instructors.

Hakuba Snowsports instructors will give you all the information and training you need to have the time of your life on the slopes.

Whether you are a freestyle guru or an absolute beginner they have a friendly and professional instructor for you.

Pick up to / from the slopes is available if there are 5 or more in your group.
